Tried out this recipe with the HusBear tonight. Put in only 1/4 cup coconut flour, and only 1 egg – used fresh red pepper and sent the garlic (still raw), pepper, egg, flour, and spices through the food processor, then added half the ground beef. The second half of the ground beef was folded in with a spatula.
Great flavour, but a little dry. Served with (not paleo) mango chutney, and rice. Nom!
